Are your candles made from natural ingredients?
Yes, our candles are crafted using high-quality, natural waxes and premium fragrances to ensure a clean and long-lasting burn.
How long do your candles last?
Depending on the size, our candles typically burn for between 20 to 40 hours. Always follow proper candle care for maximum longevity.
Can I return or exchange a candle?
We want you to love your candle! Please contact us within 14 days of receipt for returns or exchanges. Items must be unused and in original packaging and have a valid reason, change of mind will not be accepted.
Are your candles suitable for sensitive skin or allergies?
Our candles are made with fragrance oils that are skin-safe and free from harmful chemicals, but we recommend testing if you have sensitivities.
How should I care for my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn, keep the candle away from drafts, and never leave it unattended. Allow the wax to melt evenly to prevent tunnelling.
Can I request custom scents or jars?
We love creating personalized candles! Please contact us for custom orders or special requests.
Is your packaging eco-friendly?
We use sustainable and recyclable packaging whenever possible to reduce our environmental impact. Your package may not look as pretty as others when delivered but in order to keep cost and retail prices down we will re-use packaging when possible.
What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?
We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.
